After qualifying as a physiotherapist, I spent a number of years developing my skills in the treatment of a broad variety of musculoskeletal disorders. As a keen sportsman, my particular area of interest is in the rehabilitation of sports injuries as well as a specialist interest in whiplash associated disorders (WAD). I provide physiotherapy treatment for both amateur and elite level athletes who compete at both national and international championship level. A particular focus of my work with athletes is designing training programmes to prevent injuries as well as providing quick access to treatment should an injury occur.
In addition to my clinical work, I also present lectures on whiplash associated injuries discussing the latest treatment techniques and management strategies for these injuries.

Kate specialises in the provision of occupational health physiotherapy services for private sector organisations and local authorities. With her extensive experience in this field she is able to develop and implement a physiotherapy service tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
