2. Making a Purchase in Shop
Click on any item you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. If you wish to order over the phone please telephone 07967 823205. We can accept payment by all major debit and credit cards.
3. Prices
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice. VAT is charged at the current rate unless a VAT exemption certificate is supplied with the order. Where a customer is exempt from VAT they are required to contact Physio Acumen prior to placing the order by e-mail or telephone so that the order may be processed correctly.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms on all orders within the shop section of our website are payment prior to dispatch.
5. Reservation of Title
Ownership of goods and right of title to those goods will not pass to the purchaser until payment is received in full.
6. Deliveries
Normal delivery is within 3 working days from receipt of order. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
7. Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of orders must be notified in writing or by e-mail to info@physioacumen.co.ukand only with prior agreement of Physio Acumen.
8. Carriage Charges
Delivery to
UK mainland is free for all orders over £50 (excl VAT). A handling charge of £4.00 plus VAT will be added to all orders under £50 (excl VAT). Orders from outside
UK mainland will be subject to a charge of £12.50 plus VAT.
9. Return of Goods
Goods will only be accepted for return with the prior authorization of Physio Acumen. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods at their expense within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, clean, and unused. For any queries regarding returns please e-mail info@physioacumen.co.uk.
10. Loss or Damage
Any loss, damage, or shortage must be notified within 3 working days or confirmed in writing within 7 days. Claims outside these times will not be accepted.
11. Warranty
Physio Acumen warrants that the goods shall at the time of delivery correspond to the specification published in the shop section of our website. If the goods do not conform to that warranty then Physio Acumen will either replace those particular goods or alternatively take back the goods and refund the appropriate part of the purchase price. All claims must be made in writing to the address given at the top of this page and accompanied by proof of purchase and details of the defect.

Where our website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
